Surfer:Hold the handles with both hands and put your feet on the footrests. With your legs slightly bent, tilt the pelvis to the right and left. Keep your upper body still.
Twister: Grab the handles first, then step on the foot rests. Pivot your body to right and left while keeping your upper body still.
Air Walker: Hold the handrail with both hands and step on the movable steps. With slightly bent legs, push both legs forward and backward simultaneously and alternately. Keep the upper body still, while 'walking' with your legs.
