Strengthening of the shoulder and upper body muscles.

EXERCISE: 

Min Height : 140 cm

Holding the handles with both hands, slowly pull the lever down. Keep your shoulders low and backwards. Then lower the chair to the starting position with controlled movement. Repeat.
