Strengthening of the arm, back and leg muscles.
EXERCISE:
Min Height : 140 cm

Sitting on the chair with legs on the footrests, grab the handles. Push the footrests while pulling the handles towards you until you straighten your legs. Then return to the starting position with controlled movement.
