FUNCTION:
Strengthening of the arm, back and abdomen muscles.
EXERCISE:
Min Height : 140 cm

Stand under the bars. Grab the black handles and then pull yourself up using the arm and back muscles (especially those between the shoulder blades) to bring the chin to the height of the bars, then lower yourself in a controlled manner. Repeat.
