FUNCTION:

Mobility of the arms and shoulders.

EXERCISE: 

Min Height : 140 cm

Stand under the handles, grab both handles. Start pulling alternately on one arm, then the other. You can lower yourself so the stretch is stronger. For best results, stay in each stretch position for a minimum of 5 seconds.
