Strengthening of the muscles of the legs and buttocks.
EXERCISE:
Min Height : 140 cm

Hold the handles, get on the foot steps. Press alternatively on the right then on the left foot to simulate a walk in place. Raise your heels slightly as they come up and lower them downhill.
