Push & Pull
Strengthening of the arms and shoulder muscles.
Minimum user height: 140 cm
Push: While keeping shoulders low and slightly backwards, grasp the handles with both hands. Slowly push the lever forward as far as you can. Then lower the handles to the starting position with controlled movement. Repeat. Additioanlly, you can lift your legs straight in front of you in order to increase the difficulty of the exercise.
Pull: Keep your shoulders low and slightly backwards. Holding the handles with both hands, slowly pull the lever downwards. Then release the handles to the starting position with controlled movement. Repeat.
