FUNCTION:
Strengthening of the abdominal muscles.
EXERCISE:
Min. Height : 140 cm
Adjust the piston's level to your abilities. Sit on the chair, back to the machine, press your chest against the support and put your feet on the footrest. Grasp both handles from the outside. Bring both arms together in front of you. Return to the original position with a controlled movement. For best results, keep your abs tight throughout the exercise.
