Strengthening of the thighs and buttocks muscles
EXERCISE:
Min. Height : 140 cm
Adjust the piston's level to your abilities. Sit facing the blackboard, set your feet on the footrests and grasp the handles. While leaning on the black board with your chest, push the handles forward as far as possible making a crunch. Return to the initial position and repeat.
