FUNCTION:

Strengthening of the thigh and buttock muscles.

EXERCISE:

Min. Height : 140 cm

Adjust the piston's level to your abilities. Sit down and set your feet on the footrests. While tensing your buttocks, push with both legs until the knees are straightened. With controlled movement, lower the chair to the starting position.
