FUNCTION:
Strengthening of the back and arms the muscles.
EXERCISE:
Min. Height : 140 cm
Adjust the piston's level to your abilities. Sit on the chair and grab the handles. Push the handles as far as possible in regular motion. Return to the starting position. Repeat.
