FUNCTION:

Strengthening of the muscles of the arms.

EXERCISE:

Min. Height : 140 cm

Adjust the piston's level to your abilities. Sit on the chair and grab the handles. Keeping your back straight (do not push the chest forward) and the abdominal muscles contracted, push the handles upwards as far as possible, then return to the starting position.
