FUNCTION:
Strengthening of the muscles of the back, upper and lowerbody parts.
EXERCISE:
Min. Height : 140 cm
Adjust the piston's level to your abilities. Sit on the chair, chest against the stand, arms resting and hands grasping the handles from below. Bring the handles towards you as much as you can, then return to the starting position in a controlled movement. Repeat.
