Strengthening of the leg muscles.
EXERCISE:
Min. Height : 140 cm
Adjust the piston's level to your abilities. Grab the handles and step on the footrests. Start ‘climbing’ by lifting one leg and pushing with the other. Continue mounting while flexing buttocks and abdominal muscles.
