FUNCTION:

Strengthening of the thigh muscles.

EXERCISE:

Min. Height : 140 cm

Adjust the piston's level to your abilities. Lie down on the bench, head towards the machine. The handles should be at your Brest level. Spread your legs on both sides of the bench or place them on the bench. While keeping your abdominals flexed, push the handlebar away from you. Lower it down to the initial position. Repeat.
