FUNCTION:
Improving the hip and knee joints mobility.
EXERCISE:
Min. Height : 140 cm
Adjust the piston to the desired difficulty level. Sit on the chair and grab the side handles. Place your feet inbetween the cross rollers. Straighten your legs at the knees by raising the crossbar upward, then return to the starting position by a controlled movement.
