USE
Minimum user height: 140 cm
Adjust the piston's level to your abilities. Sit on the chair, front to the machine. Lean onto the chest rest and grab the handles. Pull with both hands backwards as far as possible. Return to the initial position by pushing the handles forward. Repeat.
