FUNCTION:

EXERCISE:

Min. Height : 140 cm

Hand surfer - Grasp both handles. Keeping the torso motionless, move the steering wheel right and left as far as you can. Biceps - Catch the handles. Without moving the trunk, calmly, in a controlled movement, raise the bar until it is in front of your face, then return to the starting position. Bike - Catch both handles. Without moving your torso, start pedaling with both hands forward. After one minute, change direction. Shoulders - Grab both handles. Without moving your torso, raise the steering wheel as high as possible, then lower it to the starting position.
