Hip, knee and ankle mobility training. Exercise for concentration and coordination.
EXERCISE:
Min. Height : 140 cm
While holding the handrail, step on one of the 4 decks. Train one of the legs by pushing the ball through the rail. Switch to the other leg. Then move on to the next game.
