FUNCTION:

Strengthening upper body muscles and sheathing.

EXERCISE:

Min. Height : 140 cm

The Flag Pole allows you to build strength through bodyweight exercises.
To perform the flag figure, position yourself next to the bar and place one hand at the top of the bar and the other at your thighs. Both arms should be straight. The bottom arm should push while the top arm should pull to allow you to raise your legs horizontally.
