Strengthening of the upper body, including the arms and shoulders, biceps as well as the muscles of the back and the abdomen.

USE

Minimum user height: 140 cm

Pull-up bars offer a variety of exercises to choose from, including pull-ups, jumps, push-ups, leg raises and more. The incline bench allows a number of exercises such as full abs, small chest lifts, free dumbbell lifts etc.
