FUNCTION:
Strengthening of the arms and upper body muscles.
EXERCISE:
Min Height : 140 cm
While keeping shoulders low and backwards, grasp the handles with both hands. Slowly push the lever forward as far as you can. Then lower the chair to the starting position with controlled movement. Additioanlly, you can lift your legs straight in front of you in order to increase the difficulty of the exercise.
