FUNCTION:
Stretching of the lower limbs and lower back.
EXERCISE:
Min Height : 140 cm
Raise and place a straight leg on a bar. Choose the height of the bar according to your flexibility. Then gently, breathing deeply, bring your hands forward along your leg to go as far as possible. Push out the spine well forward to relax your muscles from the leg to the neck.
