FUNCTION:

Strengthening of the muscles of the back, upper and lowerbody parts.

EXERCISE:

Min Height : 140 cm

Sit on a chair and put your feet on the feet stands. Holding the two handles with both hands and keeping your back straight, pull the arms of the machine towards you. Keep your head straight, extend the spine. Return to the starting position with a slow and controlled movement. Repeat.
