Twister + Surfer

FUNCTION:
Mobility of the arms, belt and lower back.
EXERCISE:
Min Height : 140 cm
Surfer: Hold the handles with both hands and put your feet on the footrests. With your legs slightly bent, tilt the pelvis to the right and left. Keep your upper body still.
Twister: Grab the handles first, then step on the foot rests. Pivot your body to right and left while keeping your upper body still.
