FUNCTION:

Strengthening of the leg and buttocks muscles.

EXERCISE:

Min Height : 140 cm

Hold the handrail with both hands and step on the movable steps. With slightly bent legs, push both legs forward and backward simultaneously and alternately. Keep the upper body still, while 'walking' with your legs.
