FUNCTION:

Mobility of shoulders and arms.

EXERCISE:

Min Height : 140 cm

Big Wheel: Stand facing the wheel and grasp the handle with one hand. In a calm and regular way, rotate the wheel in one direction, then in the other, change arms. Alternatively, grasp the handle with both hands and while turning the wheel without letting go of the handle, turn your whole body around itslef (when your hands are in the highest position) in order to finish the entire cirle.

Tai Chi: Standing in front of the device, grasp the handles located on the wheels and turn the wheels in one direction then in the other, in a continuous and regular movement.
