Twister + Stepper

FUNCTION:
Mobility of the arms, belt and lower back.
EXERCISE:
Min Height : 140 cm
Stepper: Hold the handles, step onto the steps. Alternately press the right and then the left foot to simulate walking in place. Lift the heels slightly during their ascent and lower them on the descent.
Twister: Grab the handles first, then step on the foot rests. Pivot your body to right and left while keeping your upper body still.
