Mobility and strength of the hips and legs.
EXERCISE:
Min Height : 140 cm
Hold the support bar with both hands. Place your feet on the foot steps. Spread your legs gently (optionally as wide as you can), then close them in a controlled manner while straining your buttocks muscles. Repeat the movement.
