Strengthening of the muscles of the legs and buttocks.
EXERCISE:
Min Height : 140 cm
Hold the handles, step onto the steps. Alternately press the right and then the left foot to simulate walking in place. Lift the heels slightly during their ascent and lower them on the descent.
