FUNCTION:

Strengthening muscles of the back, arms and abdomen.

EXERCISE:

Min Height : 140 cm

Stand with your back to the machine, grab the upper bar and use your abs to lift your knees to the chest or alternatively your legs straight horizontally. Return to the initial, hanging position. Repeat.
