FUNCTION:

Strengthening of the arms and back muscles.

EXERCISE:

Min Height : 140 cm

Sit on the chair and hold the handles, put your feet on the rail. With controlled movement, push the handles to the maximum. Then pull them back to the initial position. Repeat.
