Strengthening the muscles of the arms and shoulder girdle and back.
EXERCISE:
Min Height : 140 cm
Sit on the chair and grasp the handles. With a controlled movement, push, then pull the handles to the initial position. Do not lean forwads while exercising. Repeat.
