Strengthening of the abdominal muscles.
EXERCISE:
Min Height : 140 cm
Grasp the handles, place your elbows on the elbow pads and put your shins in the supports provided for this purpose. Then contract the abdominals to raise your knees upwards, control the descent and repeat.
