FUNCTION:

Reinforcement of the muscles of the arms, the back and the shoulders.

EXERCISE:

Min Height : 140 cm

Place yourself under the bars. Grasp the black handles then pull on the arms to bring the chin to the level of the hands, then descend in a controlled manner. Repeat.
