Mobility of the legs and abs.
USE
Minimum user height : 140 cm
Surfer: Grasp the handles then place your feet on the toe clips. With the legs slightly bent, and the upper body still centered, send the legs to the right then to the left.
Walker: Grab the bar then place your feet on the toe clips. With legs slightly bent, push your legs alternately. Stepper: Grasp the handles and climb the steps. Press alternately on the right then left foot to simulate a march in place. Raise the heels slightly on their way up and lower them on the way down.
