Strengthening of the thighs and buttocks muscles 

USE

Minimum user height : 140 cm

Sitting facing the machine, plaec your feet in the steps. While tensing your buttocks, push with both legs until the knees are straightened. With controlled movement, lower the chair to the starting position.
