Steel processing
Herkules equipment is specially designed to withstand intensive outdoor use, even under the most demanding conditions. The steel tubes are hot-dip galvanized, offering excellent protection against corrosion and the elements, while the non-tubular parts receive a special metal coating to guarantee equivalent resistance. An epoxy primer is then applied, followed by a powder-coated finish to enhance adhesion and prolong surface durability. A 316L stainless steel range is also available, renowned for its exceptional resistance, even in extreme marine conditions.
