Customer feedback
BOUC BEL AIR (13)
Could you briefly describe your facility and the profile of your residents?
Our residence welcomes autonomous seniors who have chosen to live in a community while preserving their independence. There is no medical staff here in the strict sense of the term: our residents don’t need any. They are active people who value their quality of life and want to keep fit for as long as possible. It’s this type of resident that makes sports activities particularly important to us.
What prompted you to install outdoor fitness equipment?
The motivation was simple and very concrete: we don’t have a gym within the residence. And yet, our residents are dynamic people who want to move around and stay in shape. We had to offer them a serious alternative, accessible from outside, without having to leave the establishment. The Herkules outdoor fitness equipment was exactly what we needed – a solution that blends in naturally with our green spaces, without the need for heavy construction work.
How often do residents use this equipment, and in what way?
Regular use is observed, on the order of two or three times a week for the most assiduous residents. And what’s remarkable is that this use is completely autonomous. Our residents don’t need to be guided or supervised to use the equipment – they make the space their own, at their own pace. This is exactly what we were looking for: accessible, intuitive equipment that respects our residents’ independence.
Would you recommend Herkules Fitness to others?
Yes, without hesitation. What convinced me was, first and foremost, the reliability of the equipment: it’s solid and can withstand regular use without any problems. Secondly, the adaptability of the offer – we were able to choose equipment that was truly adapted to the profile of our residents, not a generic solution imposed on us. And finally, the company’s commitment to the project, from initial contact through to installation. For a facility manager or owner, it’s reassuring to work with a reliable partner that keeps its promises.
