OUR MISSION
PRODUCTION
All Herkules Fitness equipment is made from hot-dip galvanized steel tubing, which is then welded in individual machines.
The welds are then cleaned of greasy residues with a pressurized sand technique.
To further protect the equipment, an additional layer of zinc primer is added to each piece of equipment.
Apart from the stainless steel series, each piece of equipment is covered with a thick layer of Dupont static paint which is then powder coated in an oven at 200 degrees.
All of our bearings are closed stainless steel bearings made by a renowned manufacturer DSK Japan.
To better protect our equipment from weathering and scratches, the top and floor covers are made from painted aluminum, which is stronger than galvanized steel.
All Herkules Fitness seats are screwed on which allows them to be replaced if necessary.
To meet your needs, we also offer stainless steel and HDPE seats.
All our screws are protected by 100% stainless steel covers.
The handles are made from 100% recyclable rubber which ensures a firm and comfortable grip during exercise.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY
All the apparatus are perfectly packaged in 3 protective sofas: recycled fabric, plastic film and threaded plastic fabric.
Each order is carefully loaded onto a truck to avoid any displacement during transport.
The equipment arrives directly on the site and is unloaded manually or with a forklift.

We use the best materials and processes: stainless steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, heat treatment, hydraulic pistons, adjustable weights. All our apparatus are certified EN16630 and guaranteed up to 10 years.
