Strengthening of the arms, shoulder girdle, chest and back muscles.

USE

Minimum user height: 140 cm

Release the weight box pawls by squeezing the handle and move the weight over the crane. Adjust the weight to your level, identical on both sides. Sit comfortably on a chair, lean on the backrest, put your feet on the floor. Grasp the lever with both hands and push it slowly forward as you lift the chair up. Then slowly lower the chair to the starting position.
