Station Integrée is a multifunctional outdoor street workout structure designed to combine several workshops within a single module.
It combines pull-up bars, dip racks, horizontal ladders and sheathing zones to provide a complete bodyweight workout. Biomechanics are based on alternating push, pull and stabilization movements, involving all muscle chains. This configuration optimizes space while offering a wide variety of exercises.
