How to use it

Use

- Sit on the seat with your back firmly against the backrest.
- Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
- Gradually push with your legs, without locking
your knees completely.
- Return slowly to the initial position to maintain control of the
movement.

Coach's tip: use a controlled amplitude and a regular
cadence to maximize muscular work without overloading the
knees.
