Overview
Low Row Outdoor Machine
Low Row outdoor machine is an outdoor fitness machine designed to strengthen the back and arms using a low-height horizontal pulling movement.
The biomechanics are based on pulling the torso towards the bar with the feet on the ground, providing a progressive workout for the back, biceps and stabilizing muscles of the trunk. This configuration encourages safe learning of the pull, improves posture and develops functional strength accessible to all levels.
